Easter Sunday Gratitude

It’s been a tough few months for these two legends — Mum and Dad.

Dad had a stroke in November which, having rarely ever been to the doctor in his life, was quite the shock for all of us.

Mum broke her leg less than five weeks ago.

They’ve been through the mill, and today, we had Easter Sunday dinner — and it was so normal, it was amazing.

We chatted about their respective rehabs (both going strong), we joked about Mum needing a “break” and the universe delivering! We ate way too much quality chocolate and had the best Easter egg hunt with their grandkids.

We finished the day watching our beloved Liverpool win.

Simple things, sprinkled with love, make magic moments.

I owe so much to them. They’ve taught and infused me with so much — resilience, mindset, ridiculous optimism, and love.

Thank you, Mum and Dad. I love you,
And I’m so grateful to you.

Today, amidst the captivating ambiance of the Tortworth Hotel in Bristol, I had the pleasure of working with an extraordinary group from Heidelberg Materials . These individuals embody curiosity, openness, humility, and a great sense of fun.

Witnessing them step in and step up is incredibly inspiring and nourishes my soul.

Delivering day 3 of our High Performing Team program was a joy. Doing this 'work' alongside fantastic friends and top-notch professionals, and Richard Young is the cherry on top of the cake. Grateful for this fulfilling day and now heading back home."

Had such a fun afternoon delivering a ‘Colours Workshop’ at Callystown National School yesterday.

Our Colours workshops help teams & individuals raise awareness of self & of others, and looks at how we can adopt our styles to work. Ore effectively together. All done with lots of participation interaction & fun.

These teachers are a brilliant group of people and the kids are lucky to have them. 🙌🏻
