Calling all SDCC businesses/entrepreneurs - Our Local Enterprise Awards 2023 take place on the 9th March in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel. There are 9 award categories with the winners in each sharing a prize fund of €14,000 and one overall winner will also go on to represent South Dublin in the National Final.

Applications open to any South Dublin County Council area business that has received either a grant or attended training/mentoring or one of programmes!

We know this is going to seem a little early for some people (we're very sorry 😐) but we will be hosting our annual Christmas Craft Fair in Ballyroan Library on Nov 26th and so we are putting out our call for Christmas Crafters who may be interested in taking part this year. Audrey Corrigan of Aud Design is one of our jewellery makers in our SCENe network.

Audrey draws on a wide range of artistic experiences. Following her studies at the prestigious Institute of Art, Design, and Technology, Dún Laoghaire Audrey worked for five years as a designer and makeup artist for film, TV, and theatre. She learned the power of creativity and transformation. She worked hard to create an exclusive collection of pieces that incorporate the power of nature and make a subtle statement to project to the world the inner artist in the wearer.
