September Self Love + Yoga Nidra Evening π

This cosy workshop and time for you, is designed to be deeply nourishing, calming and a space for you just to be.
As we all emerge from what was an "all go" type of summer, I'm really getting a sense from everyone coming into our studio at the moment, that we are craving some good, nourishing rest. Reviving energy and recharging seem to be deeply needed. September, a bit like January can bring up feelings of having to do more, to introduce new habits and to be very productive again on all cylinders. It can be a lot to absorb, to feel daily and to get through every week, especially if we are feeling a little depleted after the summer energy and health wise.
So this workshop is for you to look after yourself, to recharge the batteries, to reset your mindset and to give yourself the love you need to move forward with renewed energy.
We will start the workshop with a calming meditation (10minutes or so).
Then we will take some quiet time to do some silent self-reflective work ~ focusing on loving ourselves a little more and re-connecting with areas in our life that spark light. This will be quiet time for you and everything will be private, just you and your own journal. Niamh will guide you through some lovely exercises to help you reflect, reconnect with yourself in a way that feels truly nourishing and soulful. This work is yours alone, completely private.
Our time will then progress into a 10minute or so very gentle & slow yoga flow ~ designed to be gorgeously soothing in every way.
We will close out the workshop with 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra, commonly known as "sleepy yoga". It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, led by a guided meditation. The practice will be supported by cosy yoga blankets, bolsters, eye pillows~ all supplied by Niamh.

This class is designed to support our well-being, nourish ourselves from the inward out and give ourselves a 50minute deeply soothing and nourishing reset. This is a way of giving back to you, recharging and refilling your cup so to speak, to allow yourself to find renewed energy, time to let go of everything for a little while and and finding space in so many ways.
It is a DEEPLY RESTFUL + MINDFUL CLASS.
We will ease ourselves into the class with 15/20 minutes of mindful, gentle and very slow yoga based movement. This is accessible to everyone.
The remaining 25/30 minutes of the class will be focused on the practice of Yoga Nidra, commonly known as "sleepy yoga". It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, led by a guided meditation. The practice will be supported by cosy yoga blankets (please bring your own), bolsters, eye pillows (provided by the studio).
I want you to walk away from this experience, feeling like you have just given yourself a lovely big hug ~ full of warmth, compassion, calmness and love for you.
We all need a little help from time to time to feel like ourselves and to feel supported.

SUMMER ROUTINE β¨

Donβt be hard on yourself, after the last 2 summers, we all need this time to have fun, to travel, to be free & to live with great excitement again π€©!
But if I know anything, we all do need that little bit of routine as well, to come back to ourselves, to hear our own thoughts and to make sure weβre also serving our own needs amongst all of the plans.
To give outward to everyone & everything, we must give inward to ourselves first. π€π€
