Our webpages encourage visitors to make online enquiries.

They often initiate contact by promising something small, like asking the prospect to take a quiz to see if they qualify or offering a free telephone call.

Why is it always important to say 'Thank You' in the right way? 🙏

Our lead generation funnels usually look like this: Ad ➡ Landing Page Survey ➡ Contact Form ➡ Thank-You Page

The 'Thank-You' page is the most neglected part of this funnel, from a ‘put money in your pocket’ perspective.

Why? 🤷‍♀️

Because we have the ability to pass all data collected in the survey and the contact form, to the 'Thank You' page…. allowing us to PERSONALISE our message to a prospect and tell them exactly what's going to happen next.

We can say stuff like: “Thanks for getting in touch John! We see that you'd like a life cover quote for you and your partner Clare, you have a mortgage, and are both non smokers. We know the right broker for your circumstances and managed to match your situation with a company called XYZ Brokers who can help you quick smart. Expect a call from 123-456-789 within the next 2 minutes!”

If the prospect receives a well written message like this, they are much more likely to pick up the phone and engage with you. 🚀

So, if you buy leads from a lead generation agency who own a ‘brand’, insist on personalising the 'Thank-You' page for your company.

It will make a big difference. 📈
