😱😱
At around 6pm yesterday, Friday the 5th of April on the N73 (Mitchelstown – Mallow Road) at Waterdyke, Kildorerry a wheel came off a trailer being pulled by a Ford transit pickup which was travelling in the direction of Mallow. The wheel went through the windscreen of an oncoming car with such force that it broke the passenger seat in half. The road was busy at this time so Gardaà are appealing for any witnesses that may have any information relating to this incident to get in touch. Had there been someone in the passenger seat the consequences could have been fatal. Please contact Fermoy on 025 82100 if you can help.
