Happy Christmas 2014!!

I would like to wish everyone a warm and prosperous Christmas. Thanks to everyone who attended my classes throughout the year and a special thanks also to Shamrock's Hurling & Football Club, and in particular the U16 & U18 teams who I had the pleasure of coaching for the past 12 months. It has been a phenomenal year for those players. I believe we can go on now, and achieve great success with this group of players.

In 2015, I hope I can continue the good work, and help you all in your quest to get stronger and to move better. It has been another successful for my business, and this is largely attributed to you, the people of Cork- an incredible bunch of people.

Fluoride News!!!!

March 10th 2014....

Kudos to Cork County Council, following their motion on March 10th 2014, to end public water fluoridation. Cork County Council are leading the way, and it is encouraging to see that this motion received the support of all parties within the council. Let us hope that, the government will finally show some common sense, and end this scandalous practice once and for all.

The practice of fluoridating our water supply has placed a significant burden on the people of this country, and the government need to silence those beurocrats who profess to the relative safety of this toxic poison.

Let 2014, be the year when water fluoridation ends in Ireland. It is some 40 years late in the coming, however, it may well save the lives of future generations.

Hello everyone,

It's that time of year again, and as the end of 2013 is fast approcahing I wanted to send greetings to you all during this festive period.

It has been a very successful year for me and that, is simply down to each and every one of you. Your support throughout the year has been fantastic, and during that period I have managed to expand, and reach out to a wider audience with the work I am doing. I owe you a huge thank you.

Congratulations to Donal, Paul and Mary, who were the recipients of the 'Body Kinetics' Gift Cards. I wish I was in a position to give away one to each of you, but who knows, with another great year in 2014, there may be more than just gift cards next year.

Have a great Christmas with loved ones, and enjoy the down time. I look forward to seeing you all in a few weeks time. Best of luck for the new year ahead.
