Parents often feel very isolated when they are dealing with a new diagnosis or trying to find information on educational resources for their child. We understand this will come as a further to stress to 6th year students, especially after the confusion and upset last year.
Check in on your child tonight and see how they’re feeling. At the end of the day, the Leaving Cert is just an exam. Their mental health is a lot more important

A new study from UCD has found that delayed diagnosis seems to affect more girls than boys with autism. We’ve all known someone whose been in their late teens - or even their twenties or thirties - when they’ve received their diagnosis.
