ROWR class are HIGH INTENSITY but LOW IMPACT and so suitable for those of you who want to keep a strong cardio routine going but your knees or your lower back are not best pleased when you run! Indoor running works almost all of your body and strengthens muscles as well as challenges your endurance. We work with small classes so you get lots of extra attention - when your technique is right and your form is good, you get so much more out of a workout, you help to protect against injury and your results will be even better!
