Another finalist our recent completed project has been shortlisted for the Fit-Out Awards 2025 Hospitality , superb achievement for all involved on site

We are pleased to advise that a new operator has been secured to operate the café at Fitzgerald’s Park which will open its doors to the public on Tuesday afternoon, 8th July.

The new operator of the café is Back to Front Hospitality Ltd. and the new café will trade under the name Tria Café. The operators of the café already successfully operate The Spitjack on Washington Street in addition to another Spitjack outlet in Limerick as well as the Browns Brasserie group within Brown Thomas. The new operators of the café have made a substantial investment in the refurbishment and fitout of the café and it will be a very welcome addition and provide a high-quality food and beverage offering for Fitzgerald’s Park. Tria Café is a new premium casual café concept, designed to bring fresh, wholesome, and creative dining to Fitzgerald’s Park. Their menu will focus on breakfast, brunch, lunch, and artisan beverages, offering both indulgent and health-focused choices. The café will be a vibrant, welcoming space with a high-end finish, aligning naturally with the park’s atmosphere.

Lease proposals were publicly invited for the café with the lease proposal received from Back to Front Hospitality Ltd. T/A Tria Cafe having scored highest in the evaluation process and emerged as the preferred operator for the café.

The café will open Monday – Friday at 8.30am and on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays at 10.00am in line with park opening hours. Closing hours will be seasonal with the café closing 30 minutes before the park closes during the Autumn and Winter season and the café closing at 8.00pm during the Summer season.
