This is used for the common problems of nail biting, self confidence, relaxation, exam nerves etc. It require 1-3 sessions. A personal Cd for self hypnosis and reinforcement is included free. Analytical Therapy
This is used for much deeper issues of an emotional nature. Through hypno-analysis together we can get to the root cause of the problem and remove the symptoms. Hypno-analysis consists of between 8-12 sessions. Consultation Strictly by Appointment only and confidentiality assured
