About your therapist
I have enjoyed a wide and varied background in the beauty and wellness industry including several years working in Laser and Skincare clinics, 5 star Spas and Health Clubs in Ireland and the U.K. My love of holistic therapies stems from the feeling of support and sense of calm they gave me during some very stressful times in my own life.

Lovely lemongrass!🍋
Happy Hump Day.
Below is a few benefits about another favourite oil Lemongrass.
Lemongrass essential oil, known for its refreshing and clean scent, offers several notable benefits:
Stress Reduction: The aroma of lemongrass oil is known for its ability to alleviate stress and anxiety. Its calming properties can help soothe the mind and promote relaxation.
Natural Antimicrobial and Antibacterial: Lemongrass oil has natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, making it effective in purifying and cleansing spaces, and even in skin care routines to help reduce bacterial growth.
Pain Relief: This essential oil is often used to alleviate pain, including headaches and muscle aches, thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Skin Health: Lemongrass oil can be beneficial for the skin. It may help regulate oil production, reducing acne, and providing a clear, bright complexion when used in diluted form.
Natural Insect Repellent: Its strong scent is known to repel insects, making it a popular, natural choice for keeping bugs away without the use of harsh chemicals.
Kitchen/Bathroom cleaner.
Clean and rinse your spray bottle if you are reusing an old one.
Directions:
Fill the spray bottle halfway with vinegar
Fill the rest of the spray bottle up with water
Add 10 drops of your lemongrass essential oil and 5 drops of eucalyptus oils. My favorite combinations are either 10 drops lemongrass or 5 drops lavender/5 drops eucalyptus.
Shake and spray!
That’s it! It really is that simple.
Also a fab combo in the oil Burner this time of the year. 4 drops or both lemongrass and eucalyptus smell amazing together, really fresh. And great to kill those nasty viral bugs in the air. A really uplifting combo. 🙌

Happy Saturday🎃
Witching season is upon us, unfortunately so is cold season. I haven’t posted in a while but with lots of colds going around at the moment I wanted to pop up some info on the wonderful benefits of the powerhouse that is Eucalyptus oil.
🌿Relieves cough, cold and sinus problems
There’s a good reason why eucalyptus is included in so many OTC remedies such as v***r rubs, cough drops and nasal inhalers. As a powerful anti-inflammatory and decongestant, it loosens phlegm and clears congestion to reduce sinus pressure and allow for easier breathing.
📌Place 3 or 4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a bowl of hot water. Throw a towel over your head and breathe deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Otherwise add 3-5 drops ( mixed into full fat milk to disperse the oil in the water)to a warm bath and breathe in its healing va**rs while you relax.
🌿It’s said to help with seasonal allergies
Hay fever, or allergic rhinitis. Studies have shown that inhaling eucalyptus oil can quickly and meaningfully reduce the symptoms.
📌Diffuse 5 drops of eucalyptus oil in an oil burner or diffuser to help ease symptoms.
🌿Helps reduce symptoms of flu and fever
As a natural antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and pain-reliever, applying eucalyptus oil as a chest and body rub can help reduce many flu symptoms and bring down a fever.
📌Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a bowl and mix in 10-12 drops eucalyptus oil. Leave cool and Viola homemade vapour rub.
🌿Boosts immune health
Eucalyptus oil has been found to stimulate an immune response that reduces the chance of you catching any cold and flu viruses as winter starts.
I have eucalyptus oil blend going during treatments in my treatment room at the moment! Recommended to use throughout your home before and during the cold and flu season.
