Somatic Experiencing and Embodied Practice with Helen Bohan

Ecstatic Somatic is a deeply embodied 5Rhythms® dance journey guided by 5Rhythms® teacher Helen Bohan. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in movement, music, trauma-informed facilitation, this class offers a grounded and expansive space to move, feel, release, and reconnect with the intelligence of the body. Through dynamic movement meditation, carefully crafted music journeys, and a strong emphasis on nervous system awareness and safety, participants are invited into deeper aliveness, expression, and authentic connection with themselves and the dance. ®
