In my carrot cake recipe there’s a unique mix of spices, while the zingy orange zest balances the earthiness of irish carrots! Instead of the typical walnut addition I add coconut! in Galway recommended a bakery cookbook once and that’s where I got the recipe! Why don’t you try it as part of the assorted baked gift box!
