Chef and owner of Brian Murray recently announced that he is continuing his success of opening up beautiful restaurants in iconic buildings here in Cork with work underway to create a new space in the old Chambers bar on Washington street.

We chatted all things Cork recently where he unnecessarily outed my non-Cork heritage but we’ll let that slide because he has some great spots that you need to save for your next time in the city!

Coffee? The Glass Curtain uses who have a few locations in the city. The TGC team love before service and Brian also loves but sure who doesn’t? Shout out to for falling in love with Cork as much as I did!

Wine? Has to be before heading into or if you’re across the city, is a killer spot for wine and plates

Outside the city? Down in Kinsale, is the hotspot Brian (and the Michelin guide) recommends.

Last shout to too!
