Breakfast in Ahmedabad- poha - flattened rice, peanuts and pomegranate, medu vada, aloo paratha, unknown eggy roll , spicy tomato sauce which I put in a cup- I wasn’t sure what it was but it was spicy and tasty - for dipping the medu vadu which are essentially idli doughnuts and chutneys. All washed down with masala chai. Now we’re ready to explore - let’s see where we are! Happy Sunday!
