We are now accepting applications for full or part time position in our external cleaning and access platform's hire company.
* Skills and Qualifications, ideal candidate most have :
* Safe Pass.
* Manual Handling.
* IPAF Pal card types 1b 3a 3b ( not essential as IPAF training will be provided, but would be an advantage.)
* Working at heights (not essential as training will be provided, but would be an advantage.)
* Full clean driving licence B ( with no penalty points. ) C1 would be an advantage.
* Over 25 years of age only for insurance purposes
* Must not be afraid of heights as job can require candidate to be working at heights up to 34 meters.
* Role and Responsibilities, ideal candidate must be able to
* Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team on a busy external cleaning company roof cleaning, power washing softwashing window cleaning etc. Also working with access platforms.
* Must be able to arrive to site, assess works and carry out to completion.
* Safely drive company vehicles.Vans & Trucks.
* Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather's.
* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and work quality.
* The ability to travel, be flexible as the position involves working some weekends, early mornings or late evenings.
