A martial arts instructor based in Kilnaleck, Dan has black belts in both Taekwon-do and Combat Hapkido and 3 years experience teaching both fighting styles to kids and adults. Cavan TKD merges the fundamental fitness levels, ranges of kicks and strikes of traditional Taekwon-do with interactive games that children of all ages will enjoy. The program has been specially designed to encourage children to learn and enjoy Tae Kwon-Do in a fun and safe way while making lots of new friends.

Hi all, in light of today's announcement by an Taoiseach Leo Varadkar I will be cancelling all classes throughout the school closure period (Fri 13th to Sunday 29th March) and will reassess the situation before Monday 30th March.
I hope you will understand that this is not a decision I have taken lightly as I am aware that we are below the quota of 100 people indoors at the same time, but I feel like it would be very hard for me to manage outside factors such as who has used the halls before us, the sanitising and wiping down of all door handles as people leave and enter the buildings etc, not to mention the public toilet facilities 🚫ðŸ¦
This is a time where we need to take care of the vulnerable in our society, and I look forward to seeing all my students when we come out the other side of this. Keep practicing at home, no excuses now when ye are off school! 👊
Just a reminder that tonights classes are on every week in the new St. Patrick's Hall in Arvagh from 6 to 7 for little dragons (ages 5 to 8) and 7 to 8.30 for Juniors and seniors (ages 9 to 12 and 12 to adults)

💥 E X C I T I N G N E W S 💥
What better way to start the New Year by moving our Arva classes to the newly renovated St. Patrick's Hall! As my current students will already know classes are now being held on Friday evenings, and we will be moving classes to the new hall on Fri 24th Jan (yes, that soon!!). This is an exciting time in Arva and I am very happy to be moving my classes in this state of the art Hall, with great parking facilities 👌

Daniel has two clubs under Cavan TKD, one in Kilnaleck (Mondays and Saturdays) and one in Arva (Fridays) and classes accommodate children of different ages such as
5-7yrs in Little Dragons,
8-11yrs in Juniors and
12yrs+ in Seniors/Adults classes
