Last weekend we got to make this chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing for Joshua's birthday. The cake was topped with some of his favourite characters!

A dear friend of ours recently celebrated 40 years working for the Department of Agriculture and asked us to make a few lunchtime treats for all his coworkers. They started tucking in before we even got everything set up 😂
Here's a list of all we made:
Apple Tarts, Filo Pastry Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Banoffee Bites, Raspberry Sponges, Orange and Almond Palmiers, Checkerboard biscuits, Plain Scones and Cheese Scones, Mint Macaroons and Lemon and White chocolate cups.

This is a chocolate biscuit cake we made for Dolores' 50th birthday recently. The cake is topped with edible roses and leaves and surrounded with royal iced piping.

Our good friend James turned 3 a few weeks ago!!!! They grow up so fast ❤️ He loves Spider-Man so we made this Spider-Man themed Victoria Sponge! We heard he ate some cake for breakfast and lunch 😁

We made this cake for a good family friend, Dolores! It's a vanilla sponge cake which we decorated with yellow roses and lace flowers on top.
