Thanks to all my dedicated students who keep me busy all year round, I feel immense gratitude to each & every one of you, to be able to teach yoga full time is a privilege and a joy 🤗

Thank you for showing up, slowing down, and giving yourself some well-deserved care. The energy in the room was pure magic — calm, cozy, and full of heart. Hope you’re all feeling a little more grounded (and maybe a little extra floaty too).✨

Thank you to everyone who came along to our mini retreats yesterday 🙏

It was so special to see everyone unwind, slow down, and receive. These little pauses really do make such a difference.

Working alongside has never felt like work and I’m constantly inspired by the depth of her knowledge ❤️ Our first ever retreat together was in Clones a few years ago and I love seeing where this journey takes us.
