First time buyers of existing properties can access higher fixed grants for attic insulation than would otherwise be the case. In many cases, SEAI's attic insulation grant can cover most or all of the cost. It's aimed at buyers who may not yet be in a position to commit to a full retrofit.
Start with insulation, claim the grant, and build from there. Greenify loans can fund whatever the grant doesn't cover.
