ing Breathwork Ceremonies, Deep Soulful Sound Journeys & Voice Activation. Today I am able to share my story of healing through the modalities I offer that were the foundation to my healing process. I now share my most inspired and empowered self with you all. My whole life, I would suffer bouts of anxiety and depression, living a life where feeling good was rare and I could never see myself as being truly happy, even though it was something I always longed for. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety multiple times and later discovered I have had PTSD most of my life. I spent many years running from myself, taking drugs and drinking to escape the longing I had for something I couldn’t put my finger on. WHAT CHANGED? There came a point in my life where I knew I needed to change, that I could and would not stay living the life hiding from the black shadow that I was constantly running from, each and every day. In 2016 Breathwork and Sound Healing came into my life as a total surprise. I had been in denial of a hearing condition I had for a number of years, and as synchronicity would have it, one week after I had discovered I had lost 50% of my hearing in both my ears and my hearing was deteriorating, a Sound Healer came to the yoga studio I was managing. During the session I realised I could feel the experience better than I could hear the sounds. “There is something in this” I thought to myself, and I was curious to know more. The following week I had a private session which turned out to be a Rebirthing Breathwork session. This was a pivotal moment in my life. Breathwork along with Plant Medicines, EMDR, EFT Tapping, Theta Healing and Embodied Flow Yoga were the modalities that allowed me to get out of my own way; I let go of fear, neutralised trauma, released limiting belief systems, came into a sense of deep embodiment and I am on a continued journey to dive into my shadow self to bring it to the light to be transmuted. This is alchemy. If I did it, SO CAN YOU. MY MISSION:
I believe we can live a life where we can accept and love all the parts of ourself, through deepening our awareness of ourselves, having compassion, practicing kindness, sharing love in all situations, and having the wisdom to be with and rise above the storms that take place within, especially when challenges arise. You have that power in you too. The world needs you to step up and into your power, your unique love and your purpose. I share vibrational sound healing, breathwork, and voice activation, profound workshops and retreats to help you to connect with yourself and with others. I hold space so that you dive and drop into yourself, into your heart, strengthening your intuition, to uncover the ever evolving and unlimited self, let go of the stories of the past, clear limiting beliefs, connect and reopen your heart and achieve a consistent state of presence and flow. I share the wisdom I have discovered through the modalities of healing I have studied and experienced, so that you can be empowered and live this existence fully activated. Karina has a Bachelor of Education in Human Movement, Health Education from Sydney University. She is a 300hr+ Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Practitioner & World Renowned Sound Healer. She has 15 years experience in the health and education industry, with a background in welfare and mental health. In her previous career, Karina was a high school PDHPE teacher with a background in Welfare and positive mental health for teenagers and young adults. Her online programs are written with a wealth of knowledge and experience behind her. As your teacher I will always guide with enthusiasm and love. My sessions are empowering and supportive with a focus on connecting you to your deepest desires & taking action to make that happen. I guide you into developing deep mental & energetic focus that you can take with you into real life.
