MEIN YOGAPLÄTZCHEN
Ich liebe mein neues Yogapodest so sehr.
Mein Vermieter hier in Bali hat es extra für mich gebaut, damit ich hier meine Yogaklassen mit echtem Balifeeling streamen kann.
Und ich selber merke auch, dass ich jetzt viel lieber als früher morgens auf die Matte hüpfe.
Hast du auch einen extra Platz oder sogar Raum, wo du praktizierst? Teile hier gerne ein Foto, ich bin gespannt!
Little morning flow - most of the times I just intuitively flow with what feels good and listen to what my body needs... today it was some balancing poses to root down and create some stability in my life.
Or challenge myself, I usually go to a studio or attend an online or zoom class - yes, I have to admit I am not that kind of person who has a 1.5 hours Ashtanga practise every morning 🤷🏼♀️ - and that‘s ok for me!
