Kalaripayattu includes many techniques focussing on the 108 Marmas we have in our body, learning how to treat them properly in order to release tension and increase energy. Additionally, we are most famous for our Chakra Massages, which open the chakras and release stress and accumulated emotions:

Besides our Chakra and Marma Massages, we offer classical Ayurvedic treatments such as Abyanga and Shirodhara (amongst others), Balinese Massage, Reflexology as well as Yoga, Meditation and teachings in Kalaripayattu. Besides the treatments our main focus is to consult each client individually and keep a strong relationship and follow-up, in order to give assistance and life coaching for a long lasting well being.
