Lombok-born Australian-trained,
Executive Chef & Owner, I Nengah Suradnya is following the mantra of delivering a top-notch service with a top quality of Western, Indonesian & Indian food. Nengah trained in the classic French brigade de cuisine system at the 5-star Hyatt Hotel in Canberra. In 2005, the first Element Restaurant was born in Australia gaining critical acclaim with patronage from high-ranking politicians and guests. Fame followed as Nengah opened Element Restaurant in Ubud in 2014.
