Something shifted in me this week!

After a breaking point with someone who has been one of the most important people in my life, I woke up.

Not suddenly. Not dramatically. Just clearly.

I saw one of the last patterns I was still carrying deep inside me: a pattern rooted in fear, attachment, guilt, and the belief that my peace depended on how others responded to me.

For years I have been healing, learning, growing, and letting go. But sometimes there is one final thread that we don't realize we are still holding.

And when we finally see it, something inside becomes free 🌱

Today, on the eve of tomorrow’s Full Moon in Bali, I chose to close & honor that chapter through one of Bali’s most beautiful traditions.

At Pura Campuhan, I participated in Melukat, a sacred water purification ritual, followed by Sembahyang, a prayer ceremony guided by a Balinese priest. Surrounded by nature, prayer, water, and ancient wisdom, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time: freedom!

Not because my life suddenly became perfect. Not because all my questions have been answered. But because I remembered who I am beneath the fears. I remembered my faith!

I remembered my connection with life 🔥

I remembered that even when we feel lost, there is something greater carrying us forward.

Bali has always reminded me of this. Not through words, but through its people, its devotion, its traditions, and its deep respect for the unseen forces that connect us all.

As this Full Moon approaches, I choose to release what no longer belongs to me and make space for what wants to be born.

More trust. More joy. More purpose. More life. And perhaps this is why I do the work I do.

Every workshop, every scent, every experience I create is ultimately an invitation back to ourselves 🧘‍♀️

Because sometimes healing is simply remembering who we were before fear convinced us otherwise.

Today, I remembered... And for that, I am deeply grateful! 🙏🏼
