Chef Will Meyrick is a manifestation of his desire to return to creating smaller restaurants with slow cooked food. Welcoming a return to his chef and kitchen origins, in contrast to his role of the iconic Street Food Chef in the faster paced and urban restaurants of Mama San and Sarong.
