I took 5 months off Instagram as it doesn’t hold much of a place in my life. In this time I truly feel I have found the richness of each moment.

Life feels most rich to me when your heart is burst open with love from God, for the prayers you seek and the people you meet.

I truly feel like I’ve aged 50 years in the past 6 months from life experience. I feel I have been ripped open again and again to find more and more love to carry for this world.

For everyone who has supported me all these years I want to extend my appreciation to you. Rose oil, cacao, God and connection has truly changed myself and life before my very eyes. It has been my current theme.

I feel like a living miracle and you should too. I love you ❤️🌹

Happy Women’s Day. I cannot express how much Women mean to me. We are a living breathing altar of the divine feminine embodiment like the Earth we walk upon.

I feel I’ve devoted my life and purpose to the divine feminine and embracing all her storms all these years.

I awakened to this magic when I moved to the Canary Islands and began doing yoga everyday, womb connection and my heart began bursting open.

I moved to Bali years ago to study womb healing and feminine embodiment.

I studied Celtic Shamanism for a year bathing in the power of the Earths feminine healing when cultivated through prayer, drumming, activations.

I lived in Guatemala as I trained in Cacao Ceremonialism and became obsessed with Cacao. She’s like a wild feminine jungle that taps you into your divinity as a divine feminine creator and reflects a woman’s body.

I lived in Ireland last year and I feel deeply connected to the land of Ireland. It is so fertile, wild and alive. I spent months in what I like to call my womb portal. Painting the feminine body and studying her by reflecting my entire space through the birthing process of a woman.

Every country I’ve lived I’ve always created an altar to honour the divine feminine and the Earth. Vision boards and images of free births as I see it as the most divine expression and initiation a Woman can go through.

I have deep sisters all over the world who I adore and give gratitude everyday for having such incredible friendships. You know who you are. ❤️🩸

I guess what I’m trying to say is I adore women. I adore sisterhood. I adore the feminine body and the living prayer that we are.

A Woman is an altar. A living prayer to life and death. If you are a Woman or have came from a Woman 😉 I want to celebrate you. The very living breathing energy of a Woman that pulsates through every one of us.

Mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, lovers, you are incredible. I bow down to you today in reverence, great honour and love for the force that you are.

And most importantly I celebrate you. 🌹
