2005: The inception of Atmosphera in Odessa marked the beginning of our journey, providing comprehensive renovation and construction services in the Ukrainian market.

2005-2017: Over these remarkable years, we successfully completed more than 2500 private and commercial projects, covering an impressive total area of 200,000m2. From apartments and private houses to bustling trade centers and office spaces, our dedication knew no bounds.

2017: Expanding our horizons, we ventured into the Austrian market, serving as a general contractor and offering architectural concept development and construction project management services.
We proudly participated in the reconstruction of a 19th-century architectural monument, complementing it with a new residential complex covering 2800 m2.

2022: Embracing new adventures, we made the decision to open our third branch on the captivating island of Bali. Drawing in international experts, including those experienced in building the Chernobyl New Safe Confinement, we're committed to creating exceptional solutions.

Today: Our passion for innovation continues as we delve into seven architectural projects, three of which are preparing to break ground. Collaborating with renowned Architectural Studios Makhno and SAI, we're crafting concepts for Bali's Top 10 developers (projects under NDA).
