For a long time, I thought feeling exhausted was just the price of being busy.

Running a business.
Long days.
Family responsibilities.

I convinced myself that low energy was normal.

Then my body forced me to pay attention.

I went looking for answers. Every test I ran came back "fine."

Yet I knew something wasn't right.

When I eventually looked deeper, the answers started showing up.

Nutrient deficiencies.
