What are the benefits of Inner Child healing?
Healing my inner child through Breathwork has been an incredibly powerful and transformative process. The process of connecting with my inner child has helped me heal past wounds, find more self-acceptance & love, and created a more compassionate and understanding relationship with my inner self.

Your “inner child” is part of your subconscious that represents our past experiences, emotions and beliefs from childhood that can influence our present behaviour.

The changes this work has had on my life have been so significant, which is why I am so passionate about sharing this new Inner Child Breathwork class at The Yoga Barn - Bali this month - Wednesdays 19 and 26 June at 2.30-4.30pm.

🍓 This Inner Child Breathwork class will give you the opportunity to welcome some play, movement and inner enquiry, before we breathe into healing and a closer connection to your inner child.

Clarity Breathwork, a gentle, safe and nurturing breathing practice, will support us in releasing what is no longer in alignment, so that we can welcome in acceptance, self-love and self-compassion on the path to inner child healing.

✨My regular Clarity Breathwork class will also run on Tuesdays 2.30-4.30pm at Yoga Barn until July 2nd when I travel to Helsinki, Finland for the summer.
