Studying anatomy is about more than learning the muscles and bones; it is about recognizing our own holistic, multi-dimensional embodiment. When we integrate anatomical knowledge experientially, we develop an inspired and organic ability to communicate a new depth of understanding.

Just like in the 300hr YTT, in the upcoming 200hr YTT this May, we will also be bringing in different guest teachers for their expertise in their respective areas, offering different curriculums so that we can help you answer your questions deeply and thoroughly, allowing you to expand your experience and with a new perspective.

‘Exquisite Mettamorphosis’

We focus on setting a strong foundation in yogic basics, both physical and metaphysical. We re-build the practice from the ground up, allowing you to shed old habits and direct the body-mind toward your higher purpose.
