Reminiscing on some group work pre motherhood ❤️

Although I don’t feel ready to come back to group work just yet as I continue to pour myself into full time mama hood. I’m so looking forward to sharing from who I am now with you as a group online ❤️

I intentionally took a massive step back from group work around 2 years ago and downsized groups even before that so I could come back with integrity.
