Intake – The front part where air enters the jet engine.
Compressor – Compresses the incoming air to increase its pressure.
Combustion Chamber – Fuel is mixed with compressed air and ignited, producing high-temperature, high-pressure gas.
Turbine – The hot gas spins the turbine blades, which power the compressor.
Exhaust / Nozzle – The high-speed gas exits the engine, producing thrust that pushes the aircraft forward.
Basic Process:
Compression → Combustion → Expansion
The world's smallest spark plug with illustration

The spark plug was first created for a gasoline internal combustion engine.
The modern spark plug is associated with Nikola Tesla, who patented an electrical ignition system for gasoline engines in 1898. Later, its design was further developed by Robert Bosch in the early 1900s to make it more stable and suitable for vehicles.
So, the first spark plug was used for:
🔧 4-stroke and 2-stroke gasoline engines
🚗 Early automobiles such as those built by Karl Benz
Diesel engines do not use spark plugs because they rely on high compression for ignition (compression ignition).
