It is with a heavy heart that we announce October will be the last month PLCRX is open! We have had a great 18 months working out and hanging out with a great group of friends. We would like to thank all the people who helped us set up and all the people who supported us on a daily basis! Come in for a work out before the doors close for good! Don't be sad, we will see you all in a gym somewhere, sometime soon, lifting something heavy. Always Heavy!

Congratulations to our Mighty Mini, Devina for competing in and demolishing her first power lifting meet in Singapore! Not only did she come home with gold, she set national records in ALL 3 lifts. Hope you can come home soon and we will celebrate your STRONGNESS! We won't restrict your diet here ! The bakmi is waiting! ・・・

To my coach , thanks for having faith it me and guide me not only for this comp, but for my weightlifting since last year. I'll make sure I cnj/snatch heavier next time
To my husband , who plan my meal and supplement intake, my depletion and carb loading period, what would I do without you. You're my rock, and I love you so much.
To my friend , I'm liking the new nickname Mighty Mouse. Thanks for coaching me whenever I train alone at Pure. Your experience in powerlifting has truly helped me a lot.
To my girls , thanks for the listening ears! I worry I might annoy my husband with my constant whining, so I annoy you guys instead
To all my other friends, a huge shoutout for coming to SMU so early in the morning to show support. And all the text messages had given me much needed moral support to give my best for today.
To for the awesome t shirt that I wore to my meet, and supplement stacks that kept me going during the prep.
Lastly, to all the other competitors today, job well done! I know some of us feel that we could have done better, but the journey to this meet has made us much stronger.
So with this, I shall end my essay and retire to the bed.
