This time, we would love to reintroduce one of the earlier projects that were commissioned to Exotecture. Limea House is a 1-family detached house in the satellite suburb of Jakarta. The construction for this house commenced in early months of 2016 and completed before the end of the year.

Her greatest asset is the focus and priority that is given for the living are on the ground floor. It covers almost 50 percent of the given plot area. In order to accommodate such arrangement, All the 3 bedrooms are elevated on to the next floor level. This way, the family can have the luxury of a flexible and adaptable vast area to enjoy.
