With 42 years of dedicated experience in the culinary arts, working under and alongside some of the industry’s best, Sandro arrived at a position of prestige as the Executive Chef of the .
Like many great chefs, Sandro has a deep appreciation and love for art. While cooking has been his chosen vocation to express his creativity, photography has consistently found a way to serve as an additional outlet for expression. Photography, much like gastronomy, has seemingly endless opportunities to learn, to grow, and to challenge yourself creatively.

There’s something I love in that contrast. Soft blooms and strong presence. It just made sense.

We met early in the morning, 6am, and created this together.
