Age: 18 years and up
Duration 2 hours; hands on class
Each class will include the basic knowledge in cooking, etiquette, kitchen hygiene and simple food plating. The small class concept is to give students a chance for a one on one time with Chef Vicky if needed.
**Hands on, what it means: Participant will get their own cooking station and will be able to create the recipe from the demonstration, instructions and recipes given.
