3. We'll deliver the goods via TIKI within 3 working days once the full payment is received. Please kindly note that:

3. Goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Exchange is only applicable if customer has received a different item ordered.

5. No cancellation of order once the order has been processed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods sold.

6. There might be slight color differences due to different monitor's resolutions.

7. No delivery on Sunday / Public holiday
