The spread is inspired by the food I grew up with in Jakarta - loud, generous, and always shared. For this menu we’re forgetting about hyper conceptualised dishes; this is no-frills cooking from the heart. A kind of rebellion through comfort food that resists being diluted through concept. From my hometown to yours ❤️
