- Social Media Management - carrying out an audit of your current strategy to see where improvements can be made, implementing any changes and maintaining these with regular performance reviews. I can source and / or create content for you, or use whatever you already have! But we will get more people looking and engaging with YOU!

- Website maintenance blog posting and SEO (Wordpress) - I love to write! I can research any topic and create / curate new content, or if you already have this let me add some SEO magic to it and get it out there!

- Email Marketing - have you built an email list but just don't have the time to get content out to your subscribers? Let's create a nice regular email that lands right in their lap and keeps that connection alive.

- Customer Support - I can take on your voice and keep the communication flow with customers and potential customers by replying to all queries, feedback and complaints (but there won't be many of those).

- Adhoc tasks - I have an extensive background as a PA and can take all those 'behind the scene' tasks off your hands, such as email and management, travel and event planning, transcription, report and presentation production, and general keeping you in line :)
