The Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Director to support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing campaigns that drive brand growth and client engagement. This role requires strong experience in marketing leadership, digital marketing, and brand management. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Utilize digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaign success.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to provide insights.
Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Director in creating and executing marketing strategies.
Manage and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, social media).
Oversee content creation for online and offline platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Manage brand identity across print, billboard, and media channels.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners for marketing initiatives.
Contribute to market research and provide actionable insights to leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in advertising/media.
Strong background in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Age between 27 – 36 years old.
What We Offer
Monthly salary: IDR 16,000,000 (fixed).

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior management in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong skills in Business Administration, with the ability to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage business operations, and coordinate daily activities.
Candidates with accounting and bookkeeping skills will be considered at an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and personal support to senior management.
Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs for business operations.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with reports, presentations, and business documentation.
