Our classes are taught by certified teachers from Sentul and Bogor area in Indonesia. We offer several Yoga styles; Hatha, Vinyasa and Anusara. Please find our current weekly schedule below:
Monday 8.30am - Vinyasa with Amanda Soedharma (all level)
Wednesday 8.30am - Hatha with Mary (intermediate)
Thursday 8.30am - Anusara style Hatha with Mary (all level)
All classes run for 75-90 minutes. Price: 55rb/visit
We have mats available but feel free to bring your own :-)
