π©πͺ DNS Strength Training Course β Part II has been successfully completed in Munich, Germany!
This three-day course built on the foundations of Part I and focused on a deeper application of DNS principles in strength training. Participants explored functional joint centration, trunk stabilization, diaphragm function, and the role of foot loading, while expanding into unilateral and asymmetrical movements beyond the sagittal plane.
The program combined theory with hands-on practice, including advanced DNS exercises in higher developmental positions and their integration into strength training programming.
Thank you to all participants for your great engagement and active involvement throughout the course.
Special thanks to our instructor Jakub NovΓ‘k for his expert guidance and sharing valuable experience.
We look forward to seeing you again at upcoming DNS Strength Training courses.
