I used to think I was just lazy.

I wanted more from life… I just didn’t know how to get it.

So I stayed stuck. Overthinking. Procrastinating. Playing small.

Every now and then, I’d see a glimpse of the life I could have —
but I’d always fall back into old habits.

Until one moment changed everything.

Someone said to me:
You either lower your standards and stay where you are…
or you raise your standards and accept the work it takes.

That was it.

Nothing changes until you decide it has to.

STOP ignoring your cravings… they’re actually trying to tell you something

Your body doesn’t randomly want junk food

It’s asking for specific nutrients you’re missing

Here’s what your cravings actually mean 👇
Chocolate = your body needs magnesium
French fries = you need salt + electrolytes
Cookies = your body is low on glucose
Burger = you’re craving iron
Candy = your body needs tryptophan
Pizza = you’re low on Omega 3s
Bread = your body needs nitrogen

Next time a craving hits, don’t just fight it…decode it
