Vibration is very real; even if we can't physically see it, we can certainly feel it.

We've all experienced the feeling of expansion in a room full of happy, vibrant people - highly contrasting the feeling of heaviness in a room filled with anger.

The higher the vibration. the better the feeling associated with the state of being. There are many things we can do to increase our energy, thus improving the frequency we give off. Start with meditation and yoga; the difference you feel will be amazing.
