👉 Are you a youth worker, changemaker, or practitioner (18+) already running an NGO, social enterprise, project, or initiative for at least 6 months and ready to take it to the next level?
Are you working with young people, supporting grassroots initiatives, and looking to strengthen your sustainability, management, and impact skills? If yes, this Training Course is for you!
🚀 This Training Course, led by Cooperativa, is a highly experiential and demanding learning journey where participants work on real organisational case studies, including their own. Over 10 intensive days, you will explore sustainability, systems change, entrepreneurship, management and personal leadership while living and learning in a sustainable community setting.
