Perhaps the largest-ever Hungarian–Israeli Business Forum brought together two complementary innovation cultures: Hungary’s industrial–engineering base and Israel’s R&D-driven dynamism. The event featured ministerial-level participation—attended by Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Gideon Sa’ar, Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. In total, 62 Hungarian and 36 Israeli companies took part, and 150+ B2B meetings were held in a single day. The strong diplomatic presence—and the numbers themselves—show that political messages have translated into tangible, project-level collaborations.

The InnovITech team—just as at other flagship events of the domestic ecosystem—was on site again, holding talks with major Israeli corporations, defense and cybersecurity stakeholders, as well as government and diplomatic leaders.

Discussion Topics:
- Cybersecurity / Critical Infrastructure;
- Healthcare / Data and AI in practice
Two areas were especially productive with Israeli health‑tech partners:
- Early diagnostics and support for personalized therapy. Through ML‑based correlation analysis across functional genomics + imaging + clinical data—as developed in InnovITech’s GENEFXplore project—we aim to support early diagnosis and therapy selection.
- Microbiome and clinical data correlations; 3D genome visualization. Our MICROBIOLANCE project—which analyzes relationships between microbiome and clinical profiles—attracted strong interest, as did GenomeAtlas (3D genome‑structure visualization). These are data‑ and AI‑intensive examples of how we translate research results into clinical decision support.
- AgriTech / Precision Farming
With agricultural partners, the focus was on field data collection and robotics. We presented our GRAPLER vineyard‑pruning robotics development.
- GIS‑based block/row/plant‑level records and intervention tracking
- Robotics / Vineyard‑pruning platform: A 3D reconstruction approach to pruning; application of digital‑twin solutions; VR‑based pruning support; ML‑based autonomous rover movement; and pruning‑vector determination—all of which drew significant interest.

This year, InnovITech once again actively represented the Hungarian technology sector at the 3rd Hungarian–French Business Forum, organized by the French–Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Hongrie) and the HEPA Hungarian Export Promotion Agency, with the support of Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC Bank).
The aim of the event was to strengthen business relations, technological cooperation, and export opportunities between French and Hungarian companies.

Key players from the French industrial and economic sectors – including Alstom, Michelin, Sanofi-Aventis, and Valeo – presented their procurement and innovation strategies. InnovITech participated in several targeted B2B meetings (including discussions with Sanofi-Aventis), where the focus was on opportunities in digitalization, artificial intelligence, and custom software development.

Participation in the forum not only provided opportunities to establish new business partnerships but also valuable insights into the structure and dynamics of the French technological ecosystem.
Among the distinguished participants were Katalin Bihari, Deputy State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and CEO of HEPA, Anne Bernard, Economic Counsellor at the French Embassy, László Károlyi, President of CCI France Hongrie, and Dr. Gábor Péter Artner, Deputy CEO of HEPA.

For InnovITech, one of the most valuable sessions was the cooperation meeting with the Budapest representative office of CIC Bank, one of Europe’s most stable financial networks.
The discussion centered on financial digitalization, AI-driven banking operations, and data security solutions.
Additionally, meetings with Sanofi-Aventis procurement specialists highlighted how InnovITech’s technological solutions can enhance the efficiency and compliance of pharmaceutical resource and development processes.

Other notable discussions included engagements with Generali Biztosító, Raiffeisen Bank, and several French-affiliated companies and representatives of CCI France Hongrie, with whom the dialogues were highly constructive and forward-looking.

The event reaffirmed InnovITech’s commitment to making Hungarian technological expertise visible on the international stage and to contributing to the growth of French–Hungarian business cooperation.

“The technological maturity and openness of the French market offer exceptional opportunities for Hungarian innovation. InnovITech’s goal is to turn these connections into long-term, value-creating partnerships,” emphasized the Managing Director of InnovITech.

The Hungarian–French Business Forum once again demonstrated that innovation and international cooperation go hand in hand.
InnovITech remains dedicated to building bridges between Hungarian creativity and global markets through custom development and AI-based solutions.
