The rental fee is 250 € per month plus around 50 € for utilities, but there is a room which is 230 € plus utilities. The flat is huge and has an ideal location between Blaha Lujza ter (red metro line M2) and Oktogon (yellow metro line M1, the second oldest in Eurooe, built more than 100 years ago) -the area is full of pubs, restaurants and coffee/tea shops. The flat have an spacious furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, Wi-fi, washing machine, etc. It is possible to rent it for an academic semester (minimum 5 months from the 1st of September) or for a shorter period (just during the summer). Quietness will be highly appreciated after 22.00 hours!
