WORKSHOP 'How to integrate Feminist Values in Art & Cultural Organisations'

In troubled times, art and cultural institutions can contribute significantly to a socially sustainable future by integrating values and principles in their work that are based on human dignity and equality. Feminist values are part of that transformation.

We are pleased to invite cultural and art managers from across the region to a two-day workshop with Austrian art manager and consultant Doris Rothauer. 20 selected participants will explore how feminist values can be embedded across all levels of institutional work — from curatorial decisions and leadership structures to HR practices and public communication — and what impact this can generate.

A B O U T
Doris Rothauer is an art manager, consultant and author working at the intersection of arts, culture and social impact. She served as executive director of several renowned Austrian art institutions, including the Vienna Secession and Künstlerhaus Vienna. Since 2006, she has advised over 80 cultural organizations, public agencies, and creative entrepreneurs on strategy and sustainable transformation. She holds a PhD in Economics.
