Hogyan jelennek meg az európai jogi értékek napjaink legfontosabb jogi kihívásaiban? 🤔

A Közép-európai Akadémia nemzetközi tudományos konferenciája a doktoranduszok és pályakezdő kutatók számára biztosít fórumot, hogy bemutassák kutatásaikat többek között a jogállamiság, a gyermekek alkotmányos helyzete, a helyreállító igazságszolgáltatás, a véleménynyilvánítás szabadsága és az egyetemi autonómia témáiban. 🎓📚

A konferencia lehetőséget teremt arra, hogy a jog értékalapú megközelítése új perspektívákból kerüljön megvitatásra, miközben a fiatal kutatók hozzájárulnak az európai jogi gondolkodás jövőjének alakításához. 💡

🎓📚 We were delighted to welcome Professor Mario Vinković, PhD from the University of Osijek for an engaging two-day lecture on some of the most important challenges in contemporary human rights law.

⚖️ On the first day, discussions focused on discrimination, exploring evolving perspectives on gender equality and the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals, and examining their impact on legal systems and societal values across Europe.

💡 On the second day, students took an active role by presenting cases from the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Through thought-provoking presentations and discussion questions, the session sparked a lively exchange of ideas and valuable academic debate.

🎓📚 Nagy örömmel köszöntöttük Mario Vinković professzort, PhD-t, az Eszéki Egyetemről, aki kétnapos előadást tartott a kortárs emberi jogi jogfejlődés néhány legfontosabb kérdéséről.

⚖️ Az első napon a diszkrimináció témája került a középpontba, különös figyelemmel a nemek közötti egyenlőség és az LGBTQ+ személyek jogainak változó értelmezésére, valamint ezek európai jogrendszerekre és társadalmi értékekre gyakorolt hatására.

💡 A második napon a hallgatók kerültek főszerepbe: az Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságának (EJEB) és az Európai Unió Bíróságának (EUB) egy-egy esetét mutatták be. Az előadások és a hozzájuk kapcsolódó kérdések élénk szakmai eszmecserét és gondolatébresztő vitákat eredményeztek.
